We all have the power to encourage, to inspire and to make a difference. As Mrs. Louisiana America I look forward to making a difference in the lives of children throughout our state. During my year as Mrs. Louisiana America I will be a voice for the underprivileged children of Louisiana, bringing attention to the many issues they face, making known the programs available to help them become successful and productive members of society, and letting you know how you can make a difference in the lives of children. I believe today's youth are tomorrow's future and by making a difference in a child's life you are taking part in what I believe to be one of the greatest investments in life. I look forward to traveling to your community, and I encourage you to take part in this monumental effort.
